Each year our school arranges an annual Christmas festival where the students get to present their work and the complete media-assistants finally graduate. I'm majoring in new media, and our job was to present the animations we had created in our animation class. Our animation ended up being screened in the second act which was forbidden from children. Apparently our animation was "so disturbed" and "not right". Alright then. On the other hand, I can't really argue with that.
The lobby was so pretty when it was decorated with tons of Christmas lights.
This chandelier had to be my favorite! I wish I had something like that at home.
There was an actual red carpet, which was very appropriate.
Like a boss.
We found the back of Viivi's head very amusing.
The final stress smokes before the screening.
This is our twosome animator collective, we call ourselves the BrainCLICK Productions.
That is because most of the time our brains click.
"Ready yet? There's a new project about to start!" says the postcard. It provides a link to a site that offers help and support at the crisis situations in life. We had a few.
Luckily we had our muse.
The girls were STOKED! The guys not so much. Thanks a lot.
The screening was a success. People laughed, we got aplauded and we got the anticipated "wtf just happened" whispers. Now I can move forward in my life and hopefully not see a single Russian doll anymore.
XOXO
Joanna
